1.- Ownership

This document establishes the general terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions of Use”) that will be applicable when you (hereinafter “the user” or “the users”) visit and/or use the Digital Platform and/or the Website https://isemedic.com/ (hereinafter, jointly “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the conditions and terms detailed below.
This site is owned and operated by iSE LLC (hereinafter iSE LLC), with address at Jirón Mariano Angulo 2720 Lima – Cercado de Lima.

2.- Acceptance

This online platform, its services and courses (hereinafter the Service), is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1) Terms of Use and Contracting 2) Privacy Policy. These documents govern our relationship with the Platform user. When you use the Service, you accept our terms and conditions and thereby commit not to use the Service for illegal purposes. On the other hand, we inform you that for legal reasons we archive the electronic documents in which purchases are formalized. 3.- Description of the Service

3.1.- Description

iSE LLC is an e-learning platform, or what is the same, a virtual learning space aimed at facilitating the distance training experience. Through it, we provide online training, specialization courses, training and educational content in subjects related to the industrial, mining, technology, innovation, management sector, etc. for sectors such as industrial, mining, technological, government, among others, as well as for public entities, private, associations and civil organizations.
If you are a natural person or a company, you can contract the different paid training courses offered on our website. The amount of these will be paid independently of each other. The language in which the contract between iSE LLC and the buyer (user) will be perfected will be Spanish.

3.2.- Offered Services

Specializations and Course Groups

iSE LLC offers specialization programs and course groups that are designed to provide comprehensive training in various thematic areas. These programs include hours of theoretical content, practical hours and downloadable complementary materials that enrich the learning experience. The courses are designed by specialists from different parts of the world, with extensive experience in their respective areas.

Individual Courses

iSE LLC offers individual courses, the programs are classified by thematic communities, including: Mining, Geology, Metallurgy, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Environment. Likewise, the incorporation of new communities is projected in the short term. Each course includes hours of theoretical content, practical hours and downloadable complementary materials that enrich the learning experience. In addition, they have been designed by specialists from different parts of the world, with extensive experience in their respective areas.

Free Digital Resources

iSE LLC offers a series of free digital resources that will be offered initially as part of our value strategy to attract, retain and educate our community. These materials are designed to be useful in daily professional performance and aligned with the interests of our market segment. Resources include Excel templates, PDF books, technical manuals, practical guides, mini applications developed in Excel, Python or other functional environments, and live or recorded webinars. These resources may subsequently evolve towards monetization models —such as premium catalogs, downloadable packages or memberships— depending on their impact, quality and value perceived by users.

Memberships

Annual, Monthly and Corporate iSE LLC offers three types of memberships, all with unlimited access to our courses, resources, specializations, high specialization programs and the new content that is incorporated monthly. The difference between them lies in the payment method and the focus.

Content Creators

It is a section of the platform intended for an exclusive space for students and users to add their own digital content within the iSE LLC platform, which may include courses, specializations, manuals, books, templates or other materials related to our areas of specialization. Once the content is sent, the iSE LLC team will carry out a technical and quality evaluation, verifying that the material meets the necessary standards before approving it for publication and commercialization within the platform.
Payment to creators may be established under the modalities that iSE LLC has in force, so for example it could be a “One-time payment”, in which iSE LLC acquires the right to use the material or, a “Sales commission”, where the author receives a percentage for each transaction made.
Creators can be from any part of the world, provided that the content is related to our market segment. This initiative seeks to encourage the creation and dissemination of specialized knowledge within a global community connected by technical and professional education. iSE LLC reserves the right to publish or remove the content if it does not meet the technical characteristics or is outdated or does not generate value. In which case the content creator assigns the right of dissemination and reproduction and commercialization iSE LLC once the content is added to the platform. Moral rights remain in favor of the content creator and economic rights are assigned to ISE LLC indefinitely or until the parties agree.

3.3. Membership Types

iSE LLC makes various types of memberships available to its users. If you acquire a subscription to the Membership Service, it may be monthly, annual or corporate, for the amount expressed on the website itself and will be automatically renewed for the same period of time until its termination. Through these Services, users will have the option to access the variety of courses offered by the Platform.

Basic Plan

This monthly membership is activated with subscription and payment. After that time, and unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding regular subscription fee to your payment method. The rate for this membership is available at Memberships - iSE
This membership will be activated, provided that we can verify that the payment of the fee for the Basic Plan Membership has been made successfully. Our Memberships are automatically renewed and the fee is charged monthly, so, after the Basic Plan Membership term has ended, iSE LLC may automatically renew the Basic Plan Membership, according to the payment method associated with your account.
If the payment could not be made satisfactorily, due to the expiration date, lack of funds or other reasons, and if the user does not cancel their account, iSE LLC will suspend access to courses and/or memberships until we obtain a valid payment method.

Features:

  • The user account is very personal, therefore, it is forbidden to share it with third parties.
  • A single user account will be granted, through which you can enter the Platform to more than 100 online courses, plus access to all their updates.
  • The user will be able to access the virtual classes (recorded or live) of the courses in which they enroll.
  • The user will receive a QR digital certification “Professional Excellence” for each productivity project presented and approved. To pass the course it is necessary to comply with all the activities and requirements established by each course.
  • The user will be able to access webinars, model classes, conferences and new short courses.
  • The user will be able to access exclusive and free material which will be sent to the user's email.
  • The user will have access to a number of downloadable bonuses. Bonuses are academic materials that complement the course.
  • The user will have access to conferences, talks, webinars and model classes (with attendance certificate).
  • The price of the Basic Plan will never increase while you keep your subscription active.
  • The term to access the courses is monthly from the date of your subscription to the Basic Plan Membership. Once the term of the Basic Plan Membership has ended, access to the chosen courses will be restricted, so, in case of wanting to access said courses or other courses in the course catalog again, the user must renew their Membership.

iSE LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service, at any time, if the user does not comply with the provisions established in this document.

Executive Plan iSE

This annual membership is activated with the annual global subscription and payment, After that time, and unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding regular subscription fee to your payment method. The rate for this membership is available at Memberships - iSE
This membership will be activated, provided that we can verify that the payment of the fee is made successfully. Our memberships are automatically renewed and the fee is charged annually, so, after the Membership term has ended, iSE LLC may automatically renew the Executive Plan Membership, according to the payment method associated with your account.

iSE LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service, at any time, if the user does not comply with the provisions established in this document.

Business Plan

This annual membership is activated with a personalized rate according to the user's needs and is paid for an annual period or according to what is agreed with the client or user. After that time, and unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding regular subscription fee to your payment method. The rate of this membership varies according to the user's needs.
This membership will be activated, provided that we can verify that the payment is made successfully. Our memberships are automatically renewed and the fee is charged annually or what is agreed with the client, so, after the Membership term has ended, iSE LLC may automatically renew the Business Plan Membership, according to the payment method associated with your account.
If the payment could not be made satisfactorily, due to the expiration date, lack of funds or other reasons, and if the user does not cancel their account, iSE LLC will suspend access to courses and/or memberships until we obtain a valid payment method.

Features:

  • The user will be able to access all the content of more than 1000 hours of specialization organized in courses, learning paths and schools, with their respective QR certifications.

3.4. Use

Users undertake to use the Service in accordance with current legislation and the platform's terms and conditions. Likewise, users undertake not to collect data for advertising purposes, send advertising of any kind or communications for sales or other commercial purposes. Nor may they make data collected on the Service available to third parties for any purpose. In case of breach of these obligations, users must respond to them.

3.4.1. Conditions of Use of Memberships

Once the membership is subscribed, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to the Membership you have chosen according to the selected payment method. You can cancel your subscription to the Service whenever you want, and you will continue to have access to it until the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for total or partial subscription periods.
iSE LLC may modify the memberships and/or their rates if it considers it pertinent. However, any modification in the rates or in its memberships will be notified to the user's email and/or through the Platform.

Renewal.- Memberships are automatically renewable, depending on the type of membership, so if you do not wish to renew you can do the following: (1) access the User configuration panel from our Platform, where there will be an option to cancel the self-renewal of the Service; or (2) write to [email protected] and request the cancellation of the membership.

Membership changes.- The user may change membership if they consider it convenient, if so, in case, the period of this has not ended, consequences will be generated depending on the new membership that the user chooses.

3.4.2. Conditions of Use of Free Courses

You will be able to access the courses that iSE LLC communicates are available for free on the platform or on social networks or other alternative means of communication; however, this free access does not include access to the course certification which will have a cost that iSE will establish. The access time to these free courses will be in accordance with iSE LLC.

3.4.3. Conditions of Use of Free Educational Resources

You will be able to access these resources when iSE communicates that they are available for free. Providing these resources does not commit iSE to teach you how to use these tools. The time available for interested parties to download educational resources will be according to the time that iSE mentions on its website.
These free digital resources will be offered initially as part of our value strategy to attract, retain and educate our community. These materials are designed to be useful in daily professional performance and aligned with the interests of our market segment.

4.- External Links

iSE LLC works within its own platform and web address, so to interact with the platform you do not need to open external links, however, if through the website or during your user experience you redirect on your own to other external links you declare that you are responsible for their use and validation, since, iSE LLC does not redirect or control those sites or their content, which in fact may be subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, iSE LLC is not responsible for the quality, veracity or accuracy of those sites.

5.- Age

Regarding the use of the Service, you declare that you are of legal age and that you have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement, and use it in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you understand and recognize in its entirety. If you contract the Service on behalf of a company, you acknowledge having authorization and adequate representation on behalf of the organization for it. You declare that all information you provide to access the Service, before and during its use, is true, complete and accurate.

6.- Intellectual Property

6.1.- Industrial Property

The content and information of the Service (among other data, text, sound, video, image or computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is the property of iSE LLC or has the corresponding authorizations for its use. Therefore, they are protected by international laws and treaties regarding copyright, trademarks, patents, industrial models and designs applicable in Peru, regardless of whether they are registered or not. In addition, the modification, reproduction, duplication, printing, copy, distribution, sale, resale and other forms of exploitation for commercial or equivalent purposes of the Service is prohibited, without the prior express written consent of iSE LLC or, where appropriate, of the holder of the intellectual property rights.

6.2.- Copyright

All copyrights involved in the Platform, such as its content and its visual design, interfaces, user experience and others are owned by iSE LLC and/or its providers, so its use, modification, reproduction, distribution, transmission or commercialization of the rights involved is strictly prohibited without the prior, express and written permission of the holders of said rights, except for cases of right of quotation, use for educational purposes and other recognized honest uses.
iSE LLC is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein. Therefore, we prohibit the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any support and by any technical means, without the prior, express and written authorization of iSE LLC.

7.- User Content

You can contribute to the Service by sending us messages to our email address, through the contact form, leaving comments on our articles, posting reviews and ratings, participating in our discussion forum or sending messages through the platform''s messaging system (hereinafter “Content”). We can use your Content in different ways, such as: displaying it on the website, reformatting it, translating it into other languages, editing it for clarity, correcting errors, promoting it or distributing it. Therefore, by sending us Content you grant iSE LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, until the withdrawal of the content, transferable and sublicensable license on that Content.

7.2.- Prohibited Activities

In addition, you agree not to perform any of the following acts: Access, monitor or copy content or information from this website using robots, crawlers, data scrapers or any other automated means; Insert, mirror or incorporate in any other way a part of this website in another; Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software program; Use the website to threaten, harass, defraud, incite, harass; Use the website to send spam; Use the website to infringe third party rights; Attempt to obtain unauthorized access; Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the correct operation.

7.3.- Opinion Spaces

iSE LLC provides opinion areas that are also subject to these Terms of Use and Contracting. As a user of the service you will be the sole responsible for the use you make of them and you will use them at your own risk. iSE LLC will not edit or control the contents of users published or distributed on the website nor will assume any responsibility or obligation for said messages from users, beyond what is legally provided.

8.- Price and Taxes

The prices of the courses offered in iSE LLC are indicated in dollars ($), including the price, the corresponding taxes in force at the time of purchase. In case of doubt or if you want to ask us a specific case in this case, write to us at: [email protected]
iSE LLC is a company incorporated in Peru, so it is possible that its own taxes apply according to country for purchases on foreign platforms and that must be assumed by end users. In any case, if depending on your country of residence or the condition in which you act, you consider that the operation could be exempt or not subject to IGV you must indicate it by sending your RUC/NIF/NIT number by email to: [email protected]

9.- Payment and Methods

To contract a subscription, a course, pack, membership or subscription it is essential to pay it in full and in advance. Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Discover Network, American Express, Stripe or Culqui credit and debit card, or by bank transfer, money order, Paypal, or digital wallets.

9.1.- iSE Educational Credits

iSE LLC may offer, as a promotion or as part of loyalty programs, benefits called “iSE Educational Credits” or “iSE Credits”. These credits are internal benefits for exclusive use within the Platform and may be applied, when available and enabled, to reduce all or part of the price of eligible courses, specializations, resources, memberships or other educational products.
iSE Educational Credits do not constitute electronic money, bank balance, financial instrument, deposit, negotiable security or external payment method. They cannot be withdrawn in cash, do not accrue interest, are not transferable between users, cannot be sold, assigned, resold or redeemed outside the Platform, and may only be used under the rules in force at the time of application.
Credits may be granted for eligible purchases, promotional campaigns, welcome bonuses, qualified referrals, commercial attributions, administrative adjustments or other mechanisms enabled by iSE LLC. Unless expressly communicated otherwise, the use of coupons, discounts or other promotional benefits may prevent credits from being generated simultaneously for the same purchase. Likewise, a purchase paid fully or partially with iSE Educational Credits may not generate new credits.
iSE LLC may establish conditions of availability, review, temporary hold, expiration, accumulation limits, redemption limits, eligible products, minimum amounts, maximum redemption percentages per order and particular rules by campaign, product, user or sales channel. Credits may remain pending before becoming available and may expire if not used within the period shown on the Platform or in the relevant communication.
iSE LLC reserves the right to review, hold, deduct, reverse, cancel or block credits, benefits, referrals or balances when it detects operational errors, refunds, chargebacks, cancelled purchases, misuse, system abuse, actual or suspected fraud, creation of multiple accounts, self-referrals, campaign manipulation, breach of these Terms and Conditions or any conduct that, in iSE LLC's reasonable judgment, affects the integrity of the program.
iSE LLC may modify, suspend or terminate the iSE Educational Credits program, its rules, percentages, equivalences, benefits, terms, eligible products or conditions of use at any time. Credit movements may be recorded in an internal audit history and the user may view, when the Platform allows it, available, pending, used, expired or adjusted credits.

9.2.- iSE Referral Program

iSE LLC may enable a referral program through which certain users may share a code, link or other unique identifier to invite third parties to discover or purchase educational products within the Platform. The existence, availability and conditions of the program may vary by campaign, product, country, channel, user profile, influencer, promotional period or current internal rules.
Unless a campaign states different conditions, a referral benefit will only be generated when the referred person makes a valid, completed and non-cancelled purchase within the Platform. iSE LLC may require that such purchase be the referred user's first purchase, that the referred user has not been previously registered or attributed to another user, and that the transaction meets the technical and commercial attribution criteria established by the Platform.
Self-referrals, creation of multiple accounts, fake accounts, third-party accounts without authorization, simulated purchases, link manipulation, automated use of the system, misleading use of codes, fraudulent advertising, spam, impersonation or any conduct intended to obtain benefits artificially or contrary to the purpose of the program are not permitted.
Referral benefits may be subject to review, temporary hold, payment validation, fraud prevention, limits per user, limits per period, expiration, reversal or cancellation. If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled, subject to chargeback, detected as fraudulent or breaches these Terms and Conditions, iSE LLC may cancel, deduct or reverse all or part of the credits, bonuses or benefits associated with both the referrer and the referred user.
The use of coupons, discounts or other promotional benefits by the referred user may be compatible or incompatible with the referral bonus depending on the rules of each campaign. iSE LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit or terminate the referral program, as well as adjust its amounts, percentages, conditions, eligibility criteria and attribution mechanisms at any time.

10.- Validity of offers, prices and promotional codes

iSE LLC offers specialization programs, courses, programs and groups of courses that are designed to provide comprehensive training in various thematic areas. iSE LLC reserves the right to make the modifications it considers appropriate in the Service, being able to update courses, packs, subscriptions or memberships depending on the market. Likewise, iSE LLC reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.

11.- Registration

To access the services offered by the platform, users can do so by adding their email from the login page or through advertising on social networks. Only one account can be registered per user or email. The user must provide accurate, complete and updated information of their data and email. Failure to do so represents a violation of these Terms and Conditions and could mean the cancellation of the account.

12.- Specialization courses and training

iSE LLC keeps its specialization courses, trainings, memberships and other services at the forefront. iSE LLC may grant diplomas to users, depending on the membership, pack, or subscription acquired, and provided that the course or set of courses of a training has been completed satisfactorily.

13. Exclusion of labor relationship

iSE LLC does not maintain a labor relationship or dependence and/or subordination with any of the teachers, mentors or content creators. Teachers and mentors will have academic freedom. iSE LLC offers no guarantee nor manages or intervenes in the teacher or mentor - user relationship.

14. Exclusion of guarantees and liability

Except in those cases expressly described in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, iSE LLC is not responsible for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of accuracy, completeness or timeliness, including errors and omissions, of the information contained in the Service. Likewise, iSE LLC does not guarantee the absolute availability and continuity of the operation of the Services.

15. Withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

Given the type of services and products provided by iSE LLC, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable once the user has accessed the digital content. The user may cancel the acquisition of the course within 8 hours from the date of formalization of the purchase contract as long as they have not accessed and started the content of these. In any case, the cancellation of the service will not imply any type of refund, whether partial or total, of the amount paid once the period has exceeded or the content has started.

16.- Modifications and nullity

We may update the terms and conditions of the Service in the future, as well as features and functions of the Service itself. It is the user''s responsibility to review it periodically to be able to identify changes.

17.- Assignment of contractual position

iSE LLC may assign or transfer the rights and obligations as its contractual position derived from this document and/or the Platform, at any time.

18.- Security

We guarantee the security of the Service in accordance with current technological knowledge. However, iSE LLC cannot guarantee the total future security of the Service. You agree to notify iSE LLC, immediately and through the email [email protected], any situation that could lead to the impersonation of a user.

19.- Claims and actions derived from the contract

All controversies arising from the interpretation or compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Peruvian laws, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the Judicial District of Lima.
